MORE THAN ONE DISCIPLINE. ONE APPROACH.THE IDEA IS
THE START.
My career has moved through program direction, creative production, technical operations, and education. The throughline is making ambitious work understandable, manageable, and real.
I held a Program Director role early in my career. Since then, hands-on operational work has deepened how I think about leadership: the people doing the work, the systems that support them, and the details that make a program sustainable.
Audio engineering and music production sharpened my ear for details. Teaching made me better at communicating them. Technical work taught me to diagnose problems. Program leadership taught me to see the whole system.
