Overview

When colleagues requested a session on synthesis, I took ownership of the learning experience: defining an approachable introduction to the fundamentals, building the training, and producing an engaging companion video. I also composed the original music. The project demonstrates hands-on leadership through initiative, creative direction, and end-to-end execution—not a formal management title.

Synthesis can feel intimidating to newcomers. The challenge was to translate a technical subject into a clear, enjoyable introduction for colleagues with different levels of audio experience.
